Splinter pondered about that and then his eyes widened in realization. Splinter turned to the boy and replied "Yes. I was one of those people. I never talked to the people or introduced myself" Giving a shake of his head in a way that was meant to replace laughter he replied "Well then I am splinter. What is your name young one?"

"C-Crona. My name's Crona." Crona replied. He would have introduced Ragnarok as well, but the demon sword wasn't in view at that moment. There was no reason to introduce him. "I guess we both ended up in this storm, huh?" Crona asked. He was glad he had ended up with at least two familiar people. Soul and Splinter. True, Soul hadn't said much to him but he was glad he had found the white-haired boy again.
Soul couldn't help but smile just a little as he listened to Splinter and Crona's conversation. It seemed Crona was better at interacting with others than he used to be. Not a lot better, of course, but it was a start.

Splinter couldn't help but instantly have a liking to crona and he smiled along with a nod "Yes most unfortunate for us" With a huge bang of thunder splinter chuckled slighty "I thank you again I would of been pouring wet if not for here" Splinter put a thankful hand on crona's shoulder to prove his true intention of being kind

(OOC: For the record, Rebecca's comment about being rude was directed at Frollo, not Soul)
...Okay, maybe he wasn't so much like De Vil - from what she remembered of the two-toned-haired judge, the man would have taken even something as strange as this monstrous rat in his stride, instead of whimpering on the floor like this. Deciding that Frollo probably wasn't going to respond to her comment about being rude, she returned her attention to Soul's question.
"I guess I jus' got lost." the heart-spotted dal replied, sounding somewhat distracted. "This wolf w's takin' me tae a place wh're there were kind people, but we musta got seperated."

(ooc: Oh, I know, I just thought it was kind of rude that I accidentally ignored Rebecca. ^^; )
"I see. This definitely isn't the idea time to end up lost in a place like this." Soul said. He hoped she would find where she needed to go. He would be willing to help, of course, but he didn't quite know where he should go himself. "As for myself, I was just striking out on my own trying to find some place to go. The stupid storm decided to, s'cuse the pun, rain on my parade." Soul explained.

Frollo merely ignored what was being said to him, not caring enough to even listen to them all. Like they actually knew what they were saying anyway. They were just a bunch of children, a little mutt, and, apparently in one case, a giant-rat-demon...thing.
"What did I ever do to deserve this..." Frollo muttered to himself, at last finding himself calmed enough to at least appear coherent. Glancing suspiciously at the "demon," the old man couldn't help but be just a little bit curious about him. He didn't seem like what he'd been taught a demon was supposed to look like, and he certainly wasn't acting like one...but then again, looks could be deceiving. Ironically enough, it had taken the judge time in "Hell" to realize that fact. Though it was probably something he should have learned long before that.
If this creature was no demon(though Frollo was very certain that he was) then what was he? And, if he wasn't a demon, then was Frollo truly in Hell? He didn't believe himself to be unrighteous enough for eternal punishment...so he must not be!
"I've reason enough to believe that every single one of you is possessed, yet you're the only ones I have to speak with at the moment," Frollo sighed, putting a hand wearily to his forehead as he spoke aloud to anyone who would listen. "Point blankly, what is this place, and why am I here?" Perhaps it was some place of punishment, and these creatures were just instruments of torture to the man...hopefully, however, Frollo's assumptions were wrong...

What was frollo talking about? Splinter could see that he still thought of him for now as a demon and apparently was asking him why he was here. Splinter shook his head and replied "I do not know why you came here sir. I frankly do not know how I got here. I truly do not have the answer to your questions" Splinter just sat right where he was next to crona and replied "None of us know where we are. We are just as confused about this as you are"

The explorer. No matter where he was, the gypsy king had always been the adventurous type, fooling soldiers at the cost of his life, stealing from the rich, and so on.
This forest was no different from any other. Clopin made his way along the branches, performing the occasional flip, before pausing in his acrobatic shenanigans. What was this he heard? A familiar dark voice...all too familiar. The gypsy king poked his head through the foilage of the tree, only to spot his worst nightmare...Judge Claude Frollo. But how was he still alive? The bastard must have escaped somehow..
Well...it wouldn't hurt to mess around with him a bit before enacting his revenge, now would it?
With that, Clopin grinned maliciously, and made his way down the tree, and towards the group. He snuck up behind Frollo, before setting an arm around the man's shoulders.
"Well, well, well, if it isn't my old friend, the oh so holy Judge Claude Frollo, back from the dead." Clopin said.

Frollo merely groaned at the rat's words, letting his head fall forward against his arms. Wonderful. More than likely, he had been right in his first assumptions about this being Hell, and the creature was just as confused as he was about what he was doing here. Could this day - or eternity, whichever the case may prove to be - get any worse?
"...if it isn't my friend, the oh so holy Judge Claude Frollo, back from the dead."
Frollo jerked his head back up with a start, feeling an almost familiar arm snake around his shoulder. The voice sounded familiar as well, but it certainly didn't belong to any friend of his. He slowly turned to face whoever it was talking with him...and his jaw dropped.
"You!" Frollo sputtered, jerking back from the gypsy's touch. "Most useless member of a sinful, heathen race!" The miserable Clopin Trouillefou, King of Truands...oh, how the judge loathed him. Apparently he had been killed in the battle after all. At least there was some satisfaction in that aspect. "You vile rat! And what do you mean, 'back from the dead'? I should assume that you died as well in that piteous battle against the house of God!"

Clopin leapt back, ready for his fun. "Dead? Whatever could you mean by that, mon ami? If I was dead, I wouldn't be here! You and I are about as alive as that tree over there."Clopin said, pointing towards the nearest tree. "Apparently, you survived that terrible fall. Too bad that you weren't there to witness me mowing down your soldiers like wooden pawns." Clopin said.
He then turned back to the judge with a grin, before strolling over to him.
"A little friendly advice from me to you. You really ought to stop wearing so much black! People are going to start thinking that someone's died!" Clopin said, waving his hands around.

Frollo blinked, flabbergasted by the gypsy's words. Oh, this was just too confusing...first he was dead, then he was in Hell, then he wasn't, then he was again, and apparently he wasn't all along! Even the judge was finding it confusing. Perhaps what was confusing him more was the fact that he had, for once, been wrong about something, especially something as simple as where he was.
At Clopin's words, however, Claude fumed, narrowing his eyes at the gypsy. This little vermin was already managing to push his buttons, but for once, he didn't have his soldiers to help him. He would have to fend off the man's insults himself.
"Someone did die," the judge said slowly, clenching his teeth on the last word. "My parents. Both of them. When I was nineteen," he finished, his cold eyes narrowed to complete slits as he stared at the brightly-clothed gypsy.

Clopin stared at Frollo for a second, before his face crinkled into a laugh. For some time, the gypsy laughed at Frollo, as he clapped a hand on the other's shoulder. He then paused for a brief moment to wipe a tear from his eye. "Ohhhhh, that's alright then." Clopin said, with a smirk. He turned away from Frollo, and crossed his arms.
"Now you know how it feels." he said.

Frollo's eyes widened in surprise at the gypsy's sudden laughter. Surprisingly, he was actually a bit shocked to see the other act so blatantly disrespectful to him. It took him only a moment to recover, however, and he quickly glared at Clopin, raising a fist up angrily. How dare he be so..so unbelievably unbearable!
"You spineless, thieving little..." the judge narrowed his eyes once more, unable to help but fling out his arm in an attempt to strike the gypsy. "Know how it feels...as if you can feel anything but greed and all things evil, you gypsy blackguard!"

Clopin's grin quickly turned a frown as he reached out and grabbed the front of Frollo's robe, dragging him close enough to the point where Frollo's nose was barely touching the tip of Clopin's pointed one.
"Greed? You, along with all the other Parisians, see us as none other than thieves. We are not evil. We are merely trying to survive in that place, and from you especially. You killed both of my parents, leaving me, the young eight year old, to inherit my absent father's throne." Clopin growled.

Frollo's eyes widened as Clopin pulled him forward, his anger immediately flaring up as he did. If there was one thing he could not stand, it was being talked down to...especially by someone as unworthy as this. This gypsy was nothing but a lying heathen, just like all the others of their horrid little race. The little villain had better learn his place, or Frollo would soon teach it to him.
"Your father, along with all the rest of your people, had no place in all of Paris. In all of France, even," Frollo growled back, pulling the gypsy's hands away from himself and dusting off his robes. "You should have gone back where you belonged, to that little disgusting country where you all came from. But your parents...oh, they're where they belong now. In Hell, where you shall someday go, Trouillefou!" Frollo added, spiting in the gypsy's direction.
