Quote: "Don't you disrespect me, little man! Don't you derogate, or deride! You're in my world now, not your world, and I've got friends on the other side..."
Name: Dr. Facilier
Alias: Shadowman
Age: 32
Species: Human
Height: 6'0
Weight: 150 lbs
Basic Appearance: Tall and shadowy, with dark skin. Around his neck, he wears a necklace with two crocodile teeth. Facilier wears a dark maroon undertaker tailcoat and black pants, white spats over black shoes, a purple vest under his coat that doesn't entirely cover his midriff, and a red cummerbund. He also has a cane, with a purple orb at the end of it. He also has a noticeable gap in his teeth.

Personality: Facilier is a scheming witch doctor with his "Friends on the Other Side". Much like Ursula and Hades, Facilier tricks his victims into making deals with him. He can read their past and present with his tarot cards; he then looks into their futures as well, and offers to "change it 'round some." However, the deals he makes usually backfire on the victim, though Facilier isn't exactly dishonest as he does give them exactly what he promised, even though it isn't what his victims had in mind. He is also charismatic, suave, smooth-talking and often charming, but also cruel, remorseless and sadistic. A charismatic performer, Facilier is a smooth-talker of drama and showmanship. A glutton for power, Facilier is a controlling, vindictive man who does whatever he can to get what he wants.
Allies: None, except for his "friends".
Enemies: None yet.
Family: n/a
Alliances: On his own.
History:Facilier had always been dubbed as the creepy witch doctor who gave out fortunes for people that never worked out. However, his life took a change for the better, or so he thought, when he met Prince Naveen and his servant, Lawrence. After a mad rat race to get Naveen the frog back to be able to complete his mission of killing Big Daddy LaBouff, his plans were foiled by Princess Tiana, causing him to be sent to the voodoo Underworld.
While he was there, one of Facilier's "friends" was able to convince the Loa to let him go back. After some negotiating, they agreed, and Facilier was let back into New Orleans, but with a new pact. However, problems were soon to be found when he entered the regular world once more, 11 years later. Everyone else had aged a bit, except for himself.
Luckily, the rip in the animation continuum sent him to this place, where he has dutifully followed his new pact for the Loa, in order to stay alive.

(I wrote this for a story of sorts, dealing with how he entered the world once more..11 years later.)
Oh yes, a formidable adversary indeed: Hiding behind the crumbled ruins of a tombstone was a small child. A girl, who could not be more than six or seven years old.
She peeked her handkerchief-draped head out from around a particularly large chunk of stone, into which the letters "F-A-C-I" were carved. It didn't take Facilier long to contract goosebumps and wager whose tombstone the child used as a protective fortress.
So, ever the ruthless survivalist, the Shadowman decided to focus on the juvenile interloper instead of his own dubious fate.
"I said come back here," he croaked, attempting with the remaining shreds of his internal balance to measure his tone. "Now, missy. You have something that's mine."
A small caramel-hued hand shot out from behind the chunk of gravestone. The feather shuddered, half-crushed, in the fist attached to it. The child waved the small bright-hued thing in her hand as if it were a white flag and she were a Great War colonel on Kaiser Wilhelm's side.
Spectacular. My powers, my dignity, and now my hat. All crushed. Goddamn rotten kid.
"Girly, I can't get up. I'm hurt. Bring it over and I'll play you a right neat trick, deal?" The Voodoo doctor crooned sweetly through his teeth.
He rummaged around in his pockets and pulled out the contents: somewhat brimstone-seasoned pieces of his Voodoo blood-carrying vessel, a small wooden facsimile of a Central African mask…and his Tarot cards.
Good. Fine. He could entice the little brat over with parlor tricks that did not rely on the dark magics of which he was now bereft. And maybe he could get her to go fetch him some food and water while she was at it. And some antiseptic, and other things she could grab from Woolworth's for a quarter or two.
"Really. I can play some card tricks for ya. Ever had your palm read? Tarot? Fortune told? C'mon, sugar. Lend a poor sinner some help here."
A round face—worn but pretty—peered out alongside the little arm. Full lips, small pug nose dusted with three prominent freckles, high-set full eyebrows, large dark inquisitive eyes, and short poorly-crimped frizzy black hair sprouting out from under her plaid handkerchief head-wrap greeted Facilier. The girl scowled, gazed downward and rubbed her cheek. It was red.
Oh. Oops. Heh.
"Look, cherie, I'm sorry. You startled me, a'right? I been to a really inhospitable place the past…I dunno HOW long….and I'm mighty wounded. I didn't know WHO was hangin' over me starin' at my face, y'know? Didn't mean to strike ya."
